We are a small cleaning firm in Battersea, and soft furnishings are all we do here: fitted carpets and stairs, rugs, sofas, mattresses and curtains. We work across SW11 and SW8 and the neighbouring areas.
Our method
Most of what makes a carpet look tired is dry dust sitting low in the pile. So every job starts with a slow vacuum, then a pre-spray, then a hot water rinse that the same machine draws straight back out. We park the machine by the front door and run the hoses in, so nothing wet gets carried through the house. When we finish we set up a draught through the rooms, because a carpet that dries quickly in moving air stays fresher than one left damp behind a closed door.
Before anything gets wet, we test the dyes on a hidden corner. If a fibre should not be wet cleaned, we tell you on the doorstep and leave it alone. We add no fragrance to anything we clean.
Prices
Each room and item carries a set price, agreed on the phone and kept to on the day. They are all published on our prices page, and a visit is described start to finish on the carpet cleaning page.
Problems
Call the booking number and ask for whoever runs the diary. It is a small firm, so that person is easy to reach.
